As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to run a specialist desk within a defined market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with candidates and understanding their career goals
• Winning new business and building hiring manager relationships
• Writing professional job adverts
• Managing interview processes
• Negotiating salaries and job offers
• Working towards clear revenue targets

You will be supported by experienced consultants and directors who have built successful desks themselves.
