The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to manage your own specialist market.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with candidates about their careers and job opportunities

• Building relationships with clients and hiring managers

• Negotiating salaries and offers

• Working towards revenue and performance targets
