As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training from experienced recruiters, directors and industry leaders whilst building your own specialist market.

You will learn how to:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with clients and hiring managers
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Negotiate salaries, fees and job offers
• Develop new business opportunities
• Become a specialist within a lucrative market sector

This is a highly commercial role combining sales, business development, networking, negotiation and relationship management.
