You’ll join a structured programme designed to train early-career talent into high-performing Recruitment Consultants. From day one, you’ll work on live vacancies, learn the full 360 recruitment process, and be coached by consultants who started in the academy themselves and went on to become top billers and team leaders.

Who we’re looking for:

• You don’t need a degree, but you must have strong sales experience (cold calling, telesales, door-to-door, fundraising, B2B, lead generation, etc.)

• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Competitive, driven and ambitious

• Based in Manchester or relocating for a high-growth opportunity in recruitment

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing, interviewing and managing high-potential tech candidates

• Building long-lasting relationships with clients across Manchester and globally

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from first call to final placement

• Handling negotiations, offers and building repeat business

• Working to activity and revenue targets, with earnings directly linked to performance

• Developing your skills through ongoing training, coaching and support
