The UK team, based in Epsom, has consistently been one of the highest-performing divisions and is now hiring with urgency as they enter a new financial year.
The Role
You will join a high-performance sales environment with clear structure, training, and expectations from day one.
The role combines business development, candidate management, and market ownership:
- Building relationships with high-growth technology businesses
- Headhunting and engaging high-calibre candidates
- Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- Developing ownership of a specialist market
- Working closely with experienced consultants and leadership
Training is hands-on and delivered by a dedicated L&D function alongside high-performing consultants.
Progression is performance-led and transparent:
Trainee → Junior Consultant → Consultant → Senior → Leadership or specialist routes
Strong performers progress quickly.

- £26,000 base (trainee level)
- Up to £35,000 for sales backgrounds
