Operations Manager, UK based, Start May 1st

Edumundo is an international EdTech company developing advanced online and AI driven teaching tools for higher education. We work with more than 300 universities worldwide and support over 100,000 students annually through innovative learning experiences such as online business simulations and AI powered teaching tools. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our UK based team, starting in August.

About the role

As Operations Manager you combine operational responsibility with a strong account management focus. You are responsible for the smooth delivery of our learning solutions to university clients and act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of academic partners. While this is not a sales role, you work closely with clients to build long term relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and continuity.

You guide academics through the practical and didactical aspects of running business simulations within their modules and coordinate all operational details. In addition, you deliver introduction sessions to students, mainly online and occasionally on campus. The role involves frequent travel to universities across the UK and regular visits to our main office in the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of university clients with an account management mindset.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with academics and programme teams.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the operational execution of business simulations.
  • Advising clients on setup, scheduling and best practices.
  • Delivering online and on campus introduction presentations for students.
  • Working closely with sales, product and content teams.
  • Travelling regularly within the UK and to the Netherlands.

Your profile

  • Bachelor level education in a business related subject.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
  • This role requires the candidate to be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, with the role being largely home based.
  • Comfortable presenting to students and academic staff.
  • Organised, proactive and detail oriented.
  • Affinity with higher education, digital learning and technology.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly.
  • Strong interest in and affinity with digital technologies, AI and IT.

What we offer

  • A salary of £2,450–£2,750 per month (£29,400–£33,000 per year), depending on experience.
  • Start on May 1st 2026
