We are partnering with a fast-growing technology business in Central London to recruit a qualified Finance Manager for a broad and commercially focused role.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified finance professional looking to step into a varied position within a dynamic and innovative environment. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the month-end and year-end processes, while managing and developing a small finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of financial controls
- Managing the audit process and liaising with external auditors
- Supervising and mentoring 1-2 finance team members
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Driving process improvements across finance operations
- Providing financial insight to support commercial decision-making
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Previous experience in a broad Finance role
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
