We're Hiring: AI Tech Lead Developer

Are you passionate about building enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions and leading high-performing engineering teams? We are looking for an experienced AI Tech Lead Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge Generative & Agentic AI applications in a secure, scalable, and production-ready environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead a team of AI developers to build enterprise-grade Generative & Agentic AI solutions.

✅ Design and implement scalable AI services, APIs, and orchestration workflows.

✅ Develop and optimize Python-based AI components, including prompt orchestration, validation, and evaluation tooling.

✅ Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, observability platforms, and security frameworks.

✅ Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines aligned with engineering best practices.

✅ Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI services.

✅ Drive benchmarking, evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives for LLM-powered solutions.

✅ Contribute to RAG implementations and enterprise data access strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Strong Python development experience with FastAPI in production environments.

✔ Strong Java engineering experience in enterprise applications.

✔ Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

✔ Experience in prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and AI solution implementation.

✔ Strong DevOps expertise with CI/CD pipelines and observability practices.

✔ Experience integrating AI services into real-world business workflows.

✔ Knowledge of authentication, secret management, network security, and governance models.

✔ AWS experience including EC2, EKS, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, Bedrock, and AgentCore.
