RFIC Engineer

We're hiring an RFIC Engineer - Cambridge - Telecommunications
 
This is a great opportunity for an RFIC Engineer to join a fast-moving fabless semiconductor company developing tunable RF front-ends for next-gen wireless devices.
 
You'll have a great opportunity to work alongside Senior RFIC Engineers to gain hands-on experience in RF IC design, simulation, and lab testing.
 
What you'll do as an RFIC Engineer:

• Assist in the design and layout of RF IC blocks (LNAs, RF switches, DTCs)
• Run transistor-, block-, and system-level simulations
• Support verification flows and co-simulations
• Collaborate on lab measurements and post-silicon evaluation
• Learn from experienced IC engineers in a collaborative environment

What we're looking for in an RFIC Engineer:

• Experience with RFIC or analog IC design
• Familiarity with IC design tools
• An understanding of RF and analog circuit concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong communicator
