We've partnered exclusively with a key client who is looking for a Software Engineering Manager who's equally excited about writing code and leading people. 
  
If you want to spend time getting stuck into projects and with hands-on development as well as leading a growing software team through guiding projects and mentorship, this could be your next opportunity.
  
 From a technical perspective, you can expect to be involved with:
  

• Designing architecture & building desktop applications
• Developing C, Pascal, Java, and Python code, mainly in Linux
• Creating user-friendly GUIs
• Testing, validating, and refining to ensure everything works as expected

  
 From a leadership perspective, you can expect to be involved with:
  

• Mentoring a talented team of engineers.
• Owning projects end-to-end — keeping delivery sharp and on time
• Being the go-to link between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
• Using customer feedback to shape future products

• Solid hands-on software engineering experience.
• Comfort in Linux environments + an understanding of basic electronics.
