Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Technical Service Engineer to join our well-established client.  

Job Duties: 

• Provide technical support to customers and independent engineers via telephone, face to face and other correspondence methods on industrial equipment. 
• Be the primary point of contact for the client on technical matters. 
• Preparation of new machines in workshop, to include PDI and installation of options.
• Assist with training and advice to customer’s engineers, dealers and service partners.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services being sold, including their features, benefits, and applications. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Requirements: 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 
• Technically minded. 
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic skills / knowledge. 
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills. 

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 Per Annum + Commission.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. 

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
