  • British nationality required due to the nature of the work.
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner or in a similar Agile delivery role.
  • Experience coaching, facilitating and supporting teams adopting Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience working with complex technical environments, ideally across combined hardware and software disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Salary and rewardsSalary: £40,000 to £64,000 depending on experience plus exceptional benefits on offer includng flexi leave which can equate to 15 additional days off a yearYour role
  • Coach teams in Agile principles, behaviours and delivery practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, ceremonies and discussions that improve collaboration and outcomes.
  • Help teams identify and remove blockers while supporting continuous improvement.
  • Work with wider delivery teams to embed effective Agile approaches across a complex programme environment.
  • Adapt Agile methods pragmatically to support delivery within a specialist defence setting.
Your experience
  • Practical experience applying Agile frameworks and ways of working within delivery teams.
  • Ability to mentor and develop teams that are building confidence with Agile practices.
  • Experience improving team effectiveness through facilitation, coaching and problem solving.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding complex delivery challenges.
  • Proactive approach with resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to encourage positive change.
