IT Support Engineer
The Opportunity An IT Support Engineer is required to support and enhance a Microsoft 365 environment within a technically driven organisation. This role focuses on the administration of SharePoint, Teams and core Azure services while providing hands-on user support and ensuring system reliability across a multi-site estate.Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
- Develop Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency
- Provide support across hardware, software and network issues
- Monitor systems and security using Microsoft tooling
- Manage identity and access across Entra ID and Active Directory
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain technical documentation
- Travel to UK sites to provide onsite support
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration background
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams in enterprise environments
- Power Automate experience
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
- Understanding of IT security and best practice
- Experience in structured IT service environments
- Salary up to £35,000
