IT Support Engineer

The Opportunity An IT Support Engineer is required to support and enhance a Microsoft 365 environment within a technically driven organisation. This role focuses on the administration of SharePoint, Teams and core Azure services while providing hands-on user support and ensuring system reliability across a multi-site estate.Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
• Develop Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency
• Provide support across hardware, software and network issues
• Monitor systems and security using Microsoft tooling
• Manage identity and access across Entra ID and Active Directory
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain technical documentation
• Travel to UK sites to provide onsite support

Experience Required

• Strong Microsoft 365 administration background
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams in enterprise environments
• Power Automate experience
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
• Understanding of IT security and best practice
• Experience in structured IT service environments

Additional Information This is an office-based role in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire with travel to UK sites. A full UK driving licence is required.Package and Development
