Software Assurance Engineers

These roles will suit either an experienced technical assessor or candidates who are looking to move into this field with an extensive software engineering background. Your strong communication skills will enable you to construct and convey logical arguments effectively reaffirming your technical expertise.

There are plenty of opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment. The company operates a nine-day fortnight, so every other week is a three-day weekend.

The software assurance roles are an opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects. You will conduct Independent Technical Evaluations (ITE) of third-party software and documentation for safety compliance. You will leverage your expertise in C, C++ Embedded software, DO178C, and ADA to deliver trusted technical assurance. For the Team Lead roles, the postholder will provide expert technical leadership and guidance to a team of software assurance professionals.

To be suitable for these roles you will have a background in Software Engineering and assurance and have worked either within the aerospace sector or a similar highly regulated industry.
