Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will develop control systems and related application software for our advanced radiotherapy solutions. Working on an embedded PC running a real-time operating system, you'll ensure the safe and accurate delivery of radiation beams to patients. You'll also contribute to enhancements in our Windows-based control systems software when required. Your responsibilities will be ( but not limited to): - Development on a Real Time Operating System, to the performance requirements of the system.Working as part of a scrum team to not only deliver your own tasks but assist others where priorities require it, or impediments exist.Defining requirements, applying architectural guidance and providing input into architectural definition.- Develop a breadth of domain knowledge, with significant depth in at least one area.- Effective problem-solving skills.
