Legal Counsel – French Qualified | Interim
Elevate Legal Talent is supporting a leading global technology organisation with the appointment of a French-qualified Lawyer for temporary legal coverage from September to December 2026.
- Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day / part-time
- Location: Fully remote
- Contract: Interim/temporary
This is an opportunity for an experienced in-house lawyer to provide broad commercial and regulatory support across the business, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, employment, data & security, and EU regulatory matters.
The Role
You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a range of business-critical matters, including:
- Commercial contracts and negotiations
- Employment law matters
- Data protection, privacy and security
- EU regulatory requirements and compliance
- Supporting internal stakeholders across the business
- Providing practical legal guidance on day-to-day matters
About You
We are looking for a Lawyer qualified in France with strong in-house or relevant commercial experience.
You will ideally have:
- French legal qualification
- Strong commercial legal experience
- Experience advising on employment matters
- Good understanding of data protection, security and/or technology-related legal issues
- Familiarity with EU regulations and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-focused advice
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within an international organisation would be advantageous
