Performance Manager

Commercially minded BI Performance Manager required by our client an online international education provider, to help shape the future of our clients educational workplace and online proposition — a growing portfolio of digital and workplace-focused English learning and assessment solutions used by individuals and organisations around the world.

The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with 2-3 days a week required in their London office in a really welcoming and positive working environment. Our client offers a competitive salary and package which includes:-

·Salary: to £47K plus London allowance

·London Allowance: £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable).

·Attractive pension scheme (employer contributions up to 27%)

·32 days holiday plus bank holidays package (c39 days).

·Hybrid working - location: Stratford, London, you will be required to work in the office up to 3 days a week

Performance Manager Work Experience and Qualifications

Minimum/essential

• Experience in BI, data analysis or performance analysis.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience with reporting or visualisation.
• Experience developing, tracking or interpreting metrics for digital products, services or customer journeys.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Good understanding of data privacy and security principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with GA4 and other digital analytics tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

This role will suit a commercially minded Data Analyst looking for a high-impact role and loves using data to answer big business questions: Where are we growing? What is working? Where should we invest? How do we price, prioritise and improve our products so that they deliver stronger commercial results and better customer outcomes?

The role is offered as a permanent position, and based in London on a hybrid basis and offers a salary to £47K (plus £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable).
