Product Manager
Product Manager for Schools is required by an international educational organisation to be responsible for the planning, development, and lifecycle management of a product or product area within the integrated English language learning and assessment portfolio.
The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working with 2-3 days a week required in their London office in a really welcoming and positive working environment. Our client offers a competitive salary and package which includes:-
- Salary: £38,000 - £46,000
- London Allowance: £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable).
- Attractive pension scheme (employer contributions up to 27%)
- 32 days holiday plus bank holidays package (c39 days).
- Hybrid working - location: Stratford, London, you will be required to work in the office up to 3 days a week , Edinburgh or Cardiff up to 1 day per week

Across non-digital and digital platforms the Product Manager will deliver the desired customer outcomes for the Schools / Higher Education portfolio. This includes understanding market needs, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product success from conception to delivery in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Responsible for the viability of product developments within the product area, the role executes product strategy for developments in the Schools / Higher Education portfolio.
Minimum/ essential requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related product development role within education publishing, EdTech, or ELT.
- Strong understanding of English language teaching and assessment methodologies.
- Experience managing both print and digital product development.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback to guide decisions.

The roles are offered on a permanent basis, based in the London and offer a salary range of £39K to £46K (plus £3,300 for London based candidates where applicable). Hybrid working does include 2-3 days in the London office.
