We’re looking for a Business Systems Developer to join a rapidly growing construction business investing heavily into digital transformation, automation and AI-enabled technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll work across Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Copilot technologies, helping to build scalable internal solutions while supporting wider digital and operational improvement projects. This is a hands-on role focused on improving internal systems, automating business processes and developing low-code applications that support operations across the wider organisation. The environment would suit someone who enjoys solving real operational challenges through technology, working closely with stakeholders and taking ownership of systems and process improvements across a growing business.
