This is a high-impact SaaS sales position focused on driving new business and growing revenue across existing accounts through a consultative, value-led sales approach.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:
- Drive new business while expanding revenue across existing customer accounts
- Identify, engage and influence key decision makers
- Deliver engaging, value-based software demos that clearly show return on investment
- Build, manage and progress a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to close
- Consistently hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Keep CRM data, forecasts and activity records accurate and up to date
- Stay up to speed with product updates, market trends and competitors
Requirements of a Business Development Executive:
- Proven experience working in SaaS sales with a strong record of exceeding targets
- Confident communicator who can build rapport, handle objections and close deals
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven by results
- Organised and detail-focused, with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- A team player with a strong customer-first mindset
