Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Sheffield – Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days from home)Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + Commission (£30,000-£40,000 OTE)

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of a market-leading software business. This is a high impact role focused on driving new business and growing revenue within existing accounts through a consultative, value-led sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding revenue across existing customer accounts
- Identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers within target organisations
- Deliver engaging, value-based demonstrations that clearly articulate return on investment
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Build, manage, and progress a strong sales pipeline
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and activity records
- Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity

- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets
- Strong drive to achieve and surpass goals, with clear personal accountability for performance

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close effectively
