Key Responsibilities of the CTO:

• Technology Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
• Service Delivery & Infrastructure
  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure for clients.
  • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of managed services.
  • Optimize cloud, network, and cybersecurity solutions for diverse client environments.
• Innovation & Product Development
  • Develop new service offerings and enhance existing ones to meet market demands.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to integrate best-in-class solutions.
• Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security frameworks.
  • Implement robust risk management and disaster recovery strategies.
• Team Leadership & Development
  • Build and mentor a high-performing technical team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Client Engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on technology strategy and solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), networking, cybersecurity, and ITIL frameworks.
• Expertise in managed services delivery & automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
