We are working with a successful manufacturing company based in Mexborough to recruit for a Customer Service candidate to join the team!The Role As Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key part in supporting customers with technical product enquiries via phone and live chat. You will act as a first point of contact, ensuring all queries are dealt with professionally and accurately. Responsibilities include:

Handling inbound calls and live chat queries, offering clear advice and guidance

Providing technical support on products and services to customers and colleagues

Logging queries, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolutions

Building strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service

Working closely with internal departments to resolve technical issues efficiently

Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and enquiries
The Person The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

Experience in a customer service role within a technical or manufacturing environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly

Confidence in using phone and live chat systems

Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
