The Role

This is a varied, hybrid position where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting technical queries, systems, and logistics coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
  • Diagnosing product issues and providing clear, accurate technical guidance
  • Processing orders, replacements, and warranty claims
  • Managing complaints professionally and escalating where needed
  • Supporting system testing, UAT activities, and rollouts (including CRM/SAP systems)
  • Assisting with process improvements and system updates
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation
  • Coordinating with 3PL partners for EU shipments
  • Preparing and checking export documentation
  • Supporting logistics queries and tracking shipments
  • Logging product and quality issues
  • Supporting trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Proven background in customer service within a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Confident using CRM systems (SAP knowledge highly desirable)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to learn

Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • SAP or Salesforce experience (or similar)
  • Exposure to system testing or rollouts
  • Understanding of technical products (e.g. tools or similar)
  • Basic export/logistics knowledge or EDI experience
