The Role
This is a varied, hybrid position where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting technical queries, systems, and logistics coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
- Diagnosing product issues and providing clear, accurate technical guidance
- Processing orders, replacements, and warranty claims
- Managing complaints professionally and escalating where needed
- Supporting system testing, UAT activities, and rollouts (including CRM/SAP systems)
- Assisting with process improvements and system updates
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation
- Coordinating with 3PL partners for EU shipments
- Preparing and checking export documentation
- Supporting logistics queries and tracking shipments
- Logging product and quality issues
- Supporting trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Proven background in customer service within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Confident using CRM systems (SAP knowledge highly desirable)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to learn
Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- SAP or Salesforce experience (or similar)
- Exposure to system testing or rollouts
- Understanding of technical products (e.g. tools or similar)
- Basic export/logistics knowledge or EDI experience
