Field Service Engineer- CCTV

Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineering Service Division are working with a highly respected security integrations company to recruit a Field Service Engineer for their busy service and repair team.The Field Service Engineer role is an excellent opportunity to join a brilliant business with a fantastic, supportive, and well-organised team.The Field Service Engineer will work across a designated region covering a regional patch extending from Manchester to Birmingham, ideally located in Stoke on Trent.

Duties of the Field Service Engineer will include:

• Respond to daily fault requests within your designated patch
• Provide reliable, efficient, and courteous service to clients at all times
• Maintain and repair networked (enterprise-level) CCTV systems
• Oversee the care, maintenance, and repair of functional and managed control rooms
• Complete planned preventive maintenance schedules

We would be keen to speak with Field Service Engineers with the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of CCTV and IP Networks
• In-depth understanding of Access Control Systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attitude to knowledge-sharing and team collaboration
