Finance Manager

Finance Manager | c£55,000 | Bristol

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be supporting a growing technology business with the appointment of a hands on Finance Manager to take ownership of the day to day finance function and support the wider leadership team with clear, practical financial insight.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the detail while also contributing to bigger picture planning. You will be responsible for the core accounting activity, from managing the transactional flow through to producing accurate monthly accounts, alongside involvement in budgeting, forecasting and year end activity.

The position also has a strong business partnering element. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, helping translate numbers into insight that supports commercial and operational decision making. You will be comfortable dealing with external stakeholders such as banks and advisors, and able to represent the business professionally.

Formal qualification is helpful but not essential. What matters most is hands on experience, confidence and the ability to operate independently.
