Elevation Tech & Transformation is recruiting exclusively for a hands-on Group IT Manager to lead a small IT team for one of our key clients in Barnsley. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the IT function, drive system improvements and deliver strategic IT projects.

  What You’ll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the IT department.
• Lead upgrades and development of business systems, including current ERP.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware, software and remote site connections.
• Manage IT projects and vendor contracts, ensuring efficient, secure and high-quality delivery.
• Train and support staff to build confidence in IT systems.
• Maintain backups, security and ensure reliable service across all sites.

  What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing IT in a multi-site environment ideally withing manufacturing
• Strong technical knowledge of business systems, infrastructure and IT project delivery.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
