Are you an experienced IT Asset Manager ready to make an impact? We’re looking for someone to take ownership of hardware and software assets, ensuring efficient lifecycle management, strong governance, and accurate data across the organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage IT assets end-to-end: acquisition, deployment, maintenance and disposal
• Maintain accurate inventories and optimise asset tracking
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licenses and audits
• Support procurement strategies and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Deliver reports and insights to inform decisions
• Drive policies, standards and best practices across the business
• Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency, data quality and automation

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in IT Asset Management and service lifecycle governance
• Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management)
• Understanding of CMDB and configuration management principles
• Analytical mindset and experience using data to guide decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• ITIL or equivalent service management experience
