IT Helpdesk Analyst | SheffieldSalary: c£33,000

Elevation Recruitment Group's Technology & Transformation division are recruiting an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a busy, fast-paced, well known business based in Sheffield.

  • Rota shifts - hours between: Mon–Thu 07:30–17:00, Fri 07:30–16:00
  • Weekend working: One in five weekends on a rota, with extra pay

Duties & Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Analyst:

  • First point of contact for IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and mobile devices
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and escalate issues when needed
  • Occasionally travel to offices and sites, including overnight stays

Skills & Experience needed:

  • Helpdesk or IT support experience in a busy environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 11 knowledge
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
  • COINS ERP experience is a bonus
