Elevation IT are recruiting on behalf of a leading business services organisation in Hull who are looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join their growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering excellent customer service and wants to get involved in exciting IT projects.

 What You’ll Do

• Own and resolve IT helpdesk tickets (1st & 2nd line) across desktop, mobile, apps, and peripherals.
• Support staff both onsite and remotely, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain hardware, install updates, and manage IT assets.
• Mentor junior team members and keep documentation up to date.
• Liaise with third-party vendors to manage escalations.
• Contribute to key strategic IT projects.

 What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in an IT support role (helpdesk/desktop/2nd line)
• Strong knowledge of M365
• In-house/onsite support experience
• Driving licence + within commutable distance of Hull
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours support
