Interim Finance Systems Manager
Interim Finance Systems Manager (M&A) 9-12 Month Contract £85,000 - £90,000 Hybrid working available South Yorkshire Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fantastic business in South Yorkshire who're looking for a Finance Systems Manager to come in for a Interim period of 9 months.
This is a hands on role focused on improving finance systems and reporting, supporting integration activity across newly acquired businesses and helping ensure finance processes are aligned and operating effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support finance systems integration across acquisitions and group entities• Lead and coordinate finance systems projects, upgrades and improvements• Work closely with Finance, IT and operational teams to ensure smooth integration of processes and data• Review and improve finance reporting, controls and system workflows• Support ERP implementation, migration and optimisation projects• Assist with data mapping, reconciliation and system testing activities• Help standardise finance processes and reporting across the wider group• Provide support and training to finance users across systems and reporting tools• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting efficiency and data accuracy
Key Skills:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or proven relevant experience within finance systems• Strong background within finance systems, ERP projects or systems integration roles• Experience supporting M&A integration activity from a finance systems perspective• Strong understanding of finance processes, reporting and controls
