Salary up to £49,000 + benefits

Elevation IT are looking for a proactive and analytical Resilience Analyst to help strengthen the operational resilience of our key client’s retail lending division. In this role, you'll work closely with IT and business teams to map key processes, lead scenario testing, and support improvements that protect critical business services.

Key duties & responsibilities :

• Lead resilience initiatives across a key retail business unit
• Map and analyse business processes for operational resilience
• Facilitate scenario testing and identify vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements
• Support business analysis throughout change and development cycles

We are keen to speak with Resilience / Operations / Business continuity specialists with the following :

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Experience in business analysis or operational resilience
• Understanding of business processes and IT systems
• A background in retail lending or financial services
