On the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the team along with strategically manage key accounts.This is a player/manager role, so you’ll not only be coaching and developing the team but also looking after a handful of our most important clients yourself.So, are you a seasoned player/manager with a passion for the world of IT - this could be one for you!Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

• Develop sales strategies and hit ambitious growth targets

• Spot market opportunities and react quickly

• Work closely with other departments to deliver results

Skills & Requirements:

• IT sales experience including team leadership 

• Strong background in account management and relationship building.

• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

• Confident communicator and negotiator.

• Comfortable driving change and introducing new processes
