Elevation Tech & Transformation are partnering with a leading business in Wakefield to recruit a Store Technology Project Lead.

In this role, you’ll drive the delivery of key store systems covering POS, stock management, replenishment and related technologies across a multi-site retail network. You’ll oversee projects end-to-end, managing budgets, risks, vendors and stakeholder expectations, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption to operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Lead the implementation of store technology initiatives, from planning through to live rollout
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and pilots to ensure successful adoption
  • Manage project risks, schedules, budgets and quality standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and business readiness

What We’re Looking For

  •  Proven experience delivering complex software development projects across multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock management and store technology dependencies
  • Skilled in full project lifecycle management, including vendor management and change coordination
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, MSP, PMI) is highly desirable
