System Trainer

Systems TrainerSalary: £28,000 – £34,000 Contract: 1-month temporary assignment Location: Washington, Sunderland Hours: Full-time, 9--5 - Fully Office Based

I am working with a growing business who have an office based in the North East who are looking to recruit four Temporary System Trainers to support the rollout of a new system across there field service engineering teams. These roles will play a key part in ensuring engineers can confidently and effectively utilise the new platform in their day-to-day work.

You will deliver clear, structured training to individuals and small groups, adapting your style to suit differing levels of technical understanding. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and previous experience in training or coaching others.Main Duties will include:

• Deliver system training to field service engineers in a clear and engaging manner
• Provide 1-to-1 and group training sessions as required
• Support engineers in learning how to navigate and use the new system confidently
• Tailor training approaches based on learner needs and experience
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting during the transition phase
• Provide feedback to the project team regarding common issues or user challenges

• Experience in training, coaching, or teaching in any capacity
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence working with individuals at varying technical levels
• The ability to learn and understand new digital systems quickly
