We’re looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to shape and lead a modern people development strategy within a fast-paced organisation.
This is a key role focused on building leadership capability, strengthening succession planning, enhancing internal mobility and creating meaningful career development pathways across the business.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to design and deliver impactful talent and development initiatives that support long-term growth, performance and retention.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the annual talent and succession planning cycle
• Designing leadership and management development programmes
• Building scalable career pathways and capability frameworks
• Supporting performance and development conversations across the organisation
• Using data and insight to identify talent trends and opportunities
• Driving engagement through modern learning solutions and LMS platforms
• Coaching managers to build high-performing teams and future leaders
• Partnering with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition and leadership teams
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in talent management, leadership development or organisational development
• A track record of designing and delivering impactful development programmes
• Confidence facilitating workshops, talent reviews and leadership sessions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A practical, forward-thinking approach with a passion for developing people
