Are you a proactive, hands-on Technical Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Elevation Tech & Transformation are recruiting for one of our key clients, a well-established manufacturing company based in Leeds, who are looking for a talented IT professional to join their dynamic team and provide multi-site support across their UK subsidiaries.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of escalation for technical issues, using your problem-solving and analytical skills to keep business operations running smoothly. You’ll work with a wide range of technologies—primarily within Microsoft environments—and play a key role in maintaining a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues raised through the ticketing system
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement preventative measures
• Support and administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Intune
• Maintain and develop documentation, knowledge base articles and user guides
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or specialist teams as needed
• Deliver responsive, high-quality support to users across multiple UK business units

What You’ll Bring

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Client operating systems
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals—DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Intune
• Familiarity with service desk/ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills—able to translate complex tech into plain English
