GTM Engineer - Founding Team
What you'll own
- Design and execute ELI's end-to-end GTM strategy — from ICP definition to pipeline to close
- Own outbound motion across SMB's & enterprise targets; build sequences, messaging, and cadences that convert
- Partner with the founder on sales calls, proposals, and commercial negotiations — stepping into the room when it matters
- Convert inbound interest from our 500K+ audience into qualified pipeline through smart nurture and activation
- Build relationships with commercial partners and channel advisors to expand deal flow
- Track metrics obsessively: pipeline velocity, CAC, ACV, and retainer expansion
- Feed market intelligence back into product and positioning as we scale
- 3–7 years in B2B SaaS GTM, sales, or growth
- Sold complex solutions into enterprise (procurement, IT, ops, or finance buyers)
- Comfortable with £20K–£100K deal sizes and 4–12 week sales cycles
- Built pipeline from scratch — not just managed inherited accounts
- Written proposals, run demos, and closed deals independently
Bonus if you have
- Experience selling into IT, operations, or finance functions in mid-market or enterprise
- Background in software spend management, tech consolidation, or AI implementation
- Existing network of procurement leads, IT directors, or COOs in UK/EU enterprise
- Comfort with early-stage ambiguity — you've been employee 1–10 before
