Administrative and Technical Assistant Location: London Salary: Circa £26,000 (dependent upon experience)Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)Are you highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy? If so, we’d love to hear from you.We are seeking an Administrative and Technical Assistant to join our London-based technical support team. This role is vital in ensuring we deliver excellent service to our clients and provide seamless coordination within the team.The Role You will be the first point of contact for many client enquiries, responsible for managing inbound communications, coordinating workloads and diaries, onboarding new clients, and liaising with suppliers. Over time, you’ll also develop the skills to provide basic technical support, helping our team deliver the highest level of service.Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound client enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate technical support requests and assist with scheduling site visits
  • Respond to new business enquiries and coordinate responses with the technical team
  • Support onboarding of new clients and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve client support processes
  • General office administration and maintaining a professional office environment
Skills & Experience Required Essential:
  • Experience working on Apple/Mac systems
  • Previous experience coordinating and supporting team workloads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
Desirable:
  • Higher education qualification
  • Experience within an IT or technical support environment
