Insurance Partnerships Manager Join a fast-growing climate-tech company tackling one of the UK’s most urgent challenges: flood risk. We're seeking an experienced Insurance Partnerships Manager to lead strategic relationships across the insurance and brokerage sectors, driving adoption of a cutting-edge flood forecasting solution.What You'll Do:

• Build and manage high-value partnerships with insurers, brokers, and industry bodies
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business growth
• Align closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver impact
• Represent the brand at industry events and drive thought leadership
• Identify co-branded and revenue-generating opportunities
• Track partnership performance and report to senior leadership

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, ideally in insurance or insurtech
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
