- Manage Jamf Pro solutions, software packaging, and deployment automation.
- Ensure system and software patching for Jamf/Apple
- Implement security best practices
- Provide tier 2 support, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
- Jamf 200/240 certification (or higher).
- Hands-on experience managing Apple devices
- A customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Solid foundation in Apple technologies, scripting, and deployment practices.
- Proficiency with Jamf Connect
- Experience with Apple security technologies (FileVault 2, T2 Security Chip).
- Microsoft Entra ID experience is a plus.
