What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Support the creation of project materials including plans, process maps, and reports.
• Help bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions.

• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Take part in testing and user acceptance phases to ensure successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Business, IT, or a related subject.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Exposure to business analysis or project delivery (even academic or internship-based) is a plus.
