Are you looking to start or grow your career in administration? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful IT Services company as a Trainee Administrator, working as part of a friendly, close-knit team and directly supporting two Directors and the team within a thriving SME.

This varied trainee role will give you exposure to all aspects of office administration, including:

  • Answering and directing telephone calls

  • Managing incoming emails and correspondence

  • General administration and data entry

  • Supporting the Directors with day-to-day tasks

  • Assisting colleagues across the business as required

As part of your development, the company will invest in your training and you will work towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Good IT skills with a willingness to learn

  • Either some office/administration experience or the motivation to begin your career in this field
