Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience + excellent bonus, pension, and generous holiday allowance

We’re looking to expand our team with a high-calibre Technical Headhunter. You’ll work as an all-round talent partner and search consultant, collaborating with senior team members to develop business in a target industry sector. From day one, you’ll be involved in identifying suitable candidates, managing recruitment projects, and engaging with new clients.

Over time, you’ll gain a full understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and be empowered to manage your own clients in a marketplace that suits your strengths.

Technical Headhunter - Key Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of recruitment projects including screening and interviewing candidates

- Build excellent knowledge of clients and job roles within your sector

- Use proactive search, online networks, and phone-based research to identify candidates

- Leverage automation and AI software to engage with new clients and candidates

- Build relationships with decision-makers and network across your marketplace

- Manage multiple conflicting project priorities with confidence and clarity

Technical Headhunter – You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in an office environment, ideally with telephone-based work

- A confident communicator with a genuine interest in people and conversation

- A natural relationship builder who enjoys networking and connecting with others

- Inquisitive, with a good grasp of technical information and a hunger to learn

- Highly driven, resilient, and ambitious with a proactive mindset

- Capable of juggling multiple priorities and thriving under pressure

- Ideally degree-level qualified or has equivalent experience
