Bid Specialist- Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and requirements within the education sector.- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.- Craft high-quality, tailored proposals that effectively showcase their software solutions and address client challenges.- Manage the entire bid process, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with client specifications.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance proposal content and presentation.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in bid management.

Bid Specialist- Experience Required:- Proven experience in bid management, particularly within the software solutions or technology sector.- Strong understanding of the education sector and the challenges faced by educational institutions.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
