Global Learning & Performance Enablement Lead

The Role

This organisation is scaling fast. Skills, performance expectations and AI-driven ways of working are evolving quickly, and we need a clear, scalable system for how people build skills, perform and grow.

This role exists to build that system.

You’ll partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps and turn them into practical, skill-based learning and performance solutions. You’ll design, test and scale learning pathways, onboarding and enablement experiences that improve performance, mobility and succession.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building, iterating and making things work in practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose capability and skill gaps across critical roles
  • Build learning pathways, onboarding and enablement experiences
  • Design scalable, digital-first learning solutions (with smart use of AI)
  • Create tools, nudges and materials that leaders and managers actually use
  • Use data to measure impact, adoption and readiness
  • Prototype quickly, iterate often and scale what works
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Faster ramp-up and stronger performance
  • Skills built ahead of business demand
  • More internal movement and clearer career pathways
  • Improved retention of top talent
  • Learning and onboarding adopted at scale

Who This Suits

  • You could come from learning, talent, capability, enablement, product, consulting or operations — particularly if you:
  • Enjoy building systems and tools
  • Understand how businesses operate
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and pace
  • Are curious about AI and future skills
  • Care about performance, growth and outcomes

Experience

Must have:

  • Experience building learning or enablement solutions that improved performance or progression
  • Hands-on, builder mindset
  • Strong stakeholder influence across regions and functions
  • Data-informed approach to decision-making

Nice to have:

  • Experience in product-led, commercial or tech-driven environments

Exposure to high-growth or global organisations
