Showroom Apprentice
This isn't just a job, it's a career.
You'll join the Elliotts Living Spaces team, helping customers plan their new kitchen, bathroom or interior project, from the first chat in the showroom right through to the finish.
You'll also spend time on our merchant side, so you'll learn how the whole business works, not just one part.
Role
Within your working day, you'll be working towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship with HTP Apprenticeship College whilst:
- Welcoming customers to the showroom and being their first point of contact
- Learning about our kitchens, bathrooms and interiors, and the products we sell
- Talking to customers face to face, on the phone and by email
- Helping put together quotes, order details and product information
- Getting things ready for design appointments, like samples, brochures and notes
- Following projects from first idea to finished room, and keeping customers updated along the way
- Helping sort out any issues after fitting, so every project ends well
- Keeping the showroom, displays and samples looking their best
- Seeing how the showroom is run, from planning projects to working with suppliers and fitters
- Finding out what makes a showroom successful, from looking after customers to making a profit
- Spending time on the merchant side of the branch and with other teams across Elliotts.
