We’re looking for fluent European language speakers who are early in their career and interested in developing client relationships in a professional, structured environment.

This is not a stereotypical sales role. It’s about learning how businesses work, understanding technology-led change, and building trust with clients over time.

The role:

You’ll be part of a collaborative client development team, working alongside experienced consultants. With training and support, you’ll learn how to:

• Develop professional relationships with clients across European markets

• Understand Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft environments and where talent solutions add value

• Engage clients through thoughtful, well-researched outreach

• Build accounts through consistency, follow-up, and credibility

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a strong client experience

Who we’re looking for:

This role suits early-career candidates, including graduates, though a degree is not essential.

We care more about mindset than CVs.

You’ll likely be:

• Fluent in at least one European language, plus English

• Curious about business, technology, and people

• Comfortable having professional conversations and building rapport

• Motivated, resilient, and willing to put in the work to learn
