Key Responsibiliti

• esDesign & Implementatio n: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements fo r Oracle Cloud Payro ll an d Oracle Workforce Compensati o
• n.Requirements Gatherin g: Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rule
• s.System Configuratio n: Configure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cycle
• s.Testing & Suppor t: Prepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issue
• s.Integration & Reportin g: Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., time & labor, general ledger, third-party benefits) and custom OTBI/BI Publisher report
• s.Stakeholder Managemen t: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leader
